It's the total they've paid out since the foundation has been part of the program. I'm not sure when Andrei signed up for it. I have not found the foundation in on the German site smile.amazon.de. I guess because the D Language Foundation is not registered in Germany? Also just for me it's not worth the hassle, I generate only ~5 Euros in a year (tops). But maybe there is an EU-wide option? I'm clueless about the whole subject.
