Also, you can always not shift the schedule for Friday only, or shift it only half an hour. On Friday people will probably start to be better acclimated to the timezone anyway.

For all the times I've departed from Tegel, it's always taken about 5-10 minutes to walk from the bus stop outside to *any* departure gate.
