I just tried implib with latest sqlite library def (windows x86) 
like this, and it crashed (however with the dll it seems to work 
just fine):


implib sqlite3.lib sqlite3.def

I found coffimplib to do conversion on DigitalMars's tools along with 
documentation on using implib, but I don't see where you would actually get 
implib.
