for activity is 17 m.

Starting at  UTC on October 29 -- about 2.7 hours from now -- set 
your Dial Freq to 18.1046 MHz, and select a Tx freq higher by 
1600-1600 Hz (0.0014 - 0.0016 MHz) in the usual way.
