A new group, D-STAR_23cm has been created to discuss the use of D-STAR Digital 
Voice (DV) and High-Speed Data (DD) on the 23cm (1.2 GHz) band 
using the Icom ID-1 mobile, IC-9100 transceiver, RP-1V  RP-2V Digital Voice 
Repeaters, RP-1D  RP-2D Data Access Points 
and applications using both the 23cm High-Speed IP Data(DD)  the Digital 
Voice(DV) Low-speed Data capabilities.

Wow!  10 hours in the 10th month on 10 meters.  The band was open last weekend,

Thanks for the info.  That does open it up for some preliminary testing...

 USA you can use it on every ham band,
 MF, HF, VHF, UHF, etc.

 Just be sure you are in the correct band
 segment for image comms. And be sure your
 transmission's content is image.
