I don't listen to them though, I switch the sound off, but seeing them is more than enough for me ! There are at least two, the IMD Meter and PSK meter. The IMD meter is portable, but requires user input the PSK meter needs to be installed and set up correctly, but does the job automatically. Dave (G0DJA)
[digitalradio] Re: Nominations for 2009 Digitalradio Awards needed
I nominate Patrick, F6CTE. Sorry but WINMOR, exciting though it is, isn't ready for prime time, appears to me. Patrick has continuously expanded the capabilities of Multipsk, and RS ID is icing on the cake. I also believe that Simon should receive a life-time achievement award for all of his many contributions not least of which has been HRD/DM780. HRD/DM780 has offered many new hams world-wide an easy and friendly way to access almost every digital mode in use today. I am sure that the popularity of all of the digital modes is due in great part to Simon's work over the years. [digitalradio] strange signal on 20m band
Greetings: Any station copy the very strange signal on: 14.089500 MHz USB in the digital portion? Picking up a bandwidth of 2 KC wide... The audio sounds like a non-stop vacuum cleaner noise... If you know what exactly that can be, please share with the group.. 73 de Lee / KB1NAL
