[digitalradio] Signalink USB Problems

I am having a problem with a new Signalink USB depending on how strong 
a station is I get multl signal on the waterfalls from the same station.
it does not matter what PSK software I am running.

I did not have this issue when I was running a home brew Rascal

SET-UP: RIG: Kenwood TS-2000,OS: Vista 

Any Idea?

I received a Signalink for Xmas and haveing some problems
Computer OS: Vista 
Rig Kenwood TS-2000
Software: Digipan, HAmScope, DM7800
I have set the sound card for each of the programs to: USB Audio
and have it was the default

I have no problem with the receive, but when xmitting the relay clicks 
on the right back off, also I am getting no power from the rig.

THe jumpers are set corectly

Any Idea?
