[digitalradio] ROS ability to deal with ALE QRM?

Anyone been able to test ROS 16 with QRM present ?  It would be
interesting to use it on common ALE frequencies and see how it does
when a brief ALE sounding occurs.  The description suggests that is
should be able to cope with the brief "QRM".
