[digitalradio] Tones from WLO ?

Anyone know what "mode" the tones from WLO are? I'm listening to their signal on 8420 (cw) , interspersed with their CW ID is a PACTOR sounding tone that looks like    The single tone in the picture is the CW id. Need a Digital mode QSO?
