[digitalradio] J65 Wave Files
when I went to start up the old computer I use for J65, I got an error message that there was not enough room to start the software. After CSIing my computer, found that the j65 software was saving .wav files when the auto was on.. no sure if that is default or not. Found that I had 700mb of wav files saved inside the J65 software. No wonder my comuter needed burping!!! Anyway did some spring cleaning and all is well. John VE5MU PS. This a frustrating mode, since when you give up calling CQ and go do other things, you come back and find that some DX has been calling you several times... ah well

I have had that happened too John, DX unknowingly trying to work me. It would be useful if the software had an 'alarm feature like some other digital applications. ok I need help. why is it that I can see the messages, and message numbers, time sent etc etc but I can't see any callsigns? Can copy RO and 73 etc etc at -29db on the waterfall and understand how those tones work. other people have been seeing me yet i can't copy a callsign.. Grrr! John VE5MU

No- I am not saying that I dont hear or see anything on the waterfall, I am not seeing any call signs print out. In fact, I am no longer even watching. Ive gone back to tyrying to work N8S.
