stories, and see through the end to end development of the requirements
within the relevant scrum team.

Required skills:

• Mortgage industry experience (originations preferred);
ideally this would include previous work with mortgage data

• Experience working with XML based files; any experience with
MISMO a bonus

• Source to target data mapping across multiple systems

• Basic SQL

Preferred skills:

   - Strong knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) v. 11
   required – including dashboards, answers, publisher/delivers, BI Publisher
   and general set-up and administration
   - Strong SQL skills
   - Working knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling and ETL required.
   Familiarity with SQL Server 2012 / SSIS required

• Mapping, Rules Engine, Orchestration, XML schema design and custom
pipelines
• Thorough understanding of relational database design principles
• Experience with Workflow Tools, SharePoint development (Creating
workflow, routing, rules, alerts, etc.)
• Experience with using and consuming WebServices.
