Title: Encompass System Administrator Role: Encompass System Admin Location: Maitland, FL Duration:6+months Interview: Phone then Skype Skills: The Encompass System Administrator supports our Mortgage Loan Origination business software application and will be responsible for setup and on-going administrative duties within the Encompass LOS. Will leverage the Ellie Mae SDK to extend the LOS and computerize what can be automated at the direction of the IT Manager. Will be enmeshed with the functional business groups to understand and bring clarity to their business requirements in order to align the final implementation with their stated business strategies. Will also document all system changes pursuant to our Change Management policy in support of maintaining SOX compliance. Job Description Maintain the Home Funding Encompass LOS currently hosting over 300 users in three distinct organizations and support our business requirements as we continue to mature from Correspondent Lender to Full Service Mortgage Banker. Maintain all sections of Encompass settings ex: Business Rules, Documents, Users, Develop various Plugins, Custom Forms and possible standalone complimentary applications by using Ellie Mae SDK in C# language for Encompass. Create a centralized repository for all SDK work in Encompass in network share directory with library index of all artifacts. Work directly with Business Project Manager and Mortgage Analyst to execute the business requirements outlined in a Functional Business Requirements document. Develop Technical Specifications document in support of the business requirements outlined in the Functional Business Requirements document. Follow established Taylor Morrison Change Management Policy and complementary Home Funding LOS Change Management Policy for all project integrations supporting our adherence to SOX requirements. Conduct design/development walk-through sessions with the UAT, Support and Production teams. Complete all Encompass Administrative work in Test Environment and submit development work to the Release Governance team for sign-off prior to Production elevation. Deploy system changes to production on a monthly release cycle. Provide Level 3 support for production issues and incidents. Monitor Encompass performance metrics by monitoring logs, recommending changes and correcting encountered issues. Create project plans where required and report status through project management tools. Ability to use creativity and diplomacy to resolve issues and challenge the norm. Effectively escalate issues and/or risks Support business users on functional applications and provide associated training and support of new features and functionality.
