This position is for a PeopleSoft Technical Developer who will be
responsible for calendar year 2016 ACA configuration in PeopleSoft, data
loading, year 2016 ACA form production for client employees and IRS ACA
filing via PeopleSoft HCM 9.2


*Skills Required:  *Technical Education -
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a PeopleSoft Technical Developer
role on several PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, integration projects.
Mandatory experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Developer with PeopleSoft
HCM application version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53 and up. Should have worked
on a full life cycle upgrade project from 9.x to 9.2.

Experience with Affordable Care Act (ACA) in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 with
experience in configuration, data load, form production, review and
analysis for IRS codes, data accuracy, and actual finalization of ACA form
data, final forms production for employees and for IRS filing. Experience
printing ACA data on RR Donnelley forms along with RR Donnelley envelopes.
Must understand all sections of the ACA forms and final IRS filing
procedure and proper logging for tracking IRS filing status.
Experience of ACA filing for calendar year 2015 via PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
Experience with consent process is a plus.
Experience handling ACA corrections and corrected form production and
reissues in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and with IRS
Will have to be the main POC to keep track of all ACA related release news
and update ids released by Oracle and work with PeopleSoft admins for ACA
update id and prerequisite applications, before configuration work begins.
Will have to work with the client benefits division to collect data, and
guide and explain the ACA preparation progress and filing steps.

Previous significant experience working as a technical developer with older
versions of PeopleSoft HCM 8.0 to 9.0 and PeopleTools 8.45 and up
Experience performing technical development in modules – Human Resources,
Ben Admin, Base Benefits, eBenefits, Employee Self Service, Manager Self
Service is a must.
Significant development experience with PeopleCode, Application Designer,
Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Workflows, PS query, Query
Manager, Application Packages, etc.
Significant development experience with externals such as SQR and BI
Publisher, App Engines
Significant experience working with technical aspects of PeopleSoft
security and troubleshooting security related access and row level security
issues.
Significant experiences writing highly complex conversions, interfaces with
3rd party applications and reports.
Extreme high proficiency in troubleshooting technical application errors,
analyzing root cause and resolving application issues in a very short
duration.
Experience working with Oracle databases, UNIX/LINUX and Windows platform

Excellent technical documentation, analytical and overall application
troubleshooting skills expected while working with clients. Strong verbal
and writing communication skills.

*SharePoint Developer:*
Provide SharePoint development and publishing support for a federal
intranet and public website. Lead/consult on projects to enhance the user
interface and utility of both websites. Liaise with platform owners to
identify and resolve platform issues. Assist project manager with planning
activities for projects of medium to large scope. Work closely with
government personnel to define requirements and demonstrate prototypes and
final products. Work with website publishing team to implement campaigns
and extend the overall site brand and utility. The incumbent will also
provide web publishing support for both websites on an as needed basis.
Lead planning activities for migration of intranet website from SharePoint
2010 to SharePoint 2016.

*Qualifications: *
Excellent client communication/demo skills required.
Strong experience integrating HTML 5/CSS 3 elements with SharePoint 2010.
Expertise in JavaScript, JQuery, JQuery DOM traversal techniques,
SharePoint Content Query Web Part, and XSLT.
Strong skills designing solutions using OOTB SharePoint functionality.
Deep understanding of SharePoint 2010 architecture (farm, web app, site
collection, site) and how proposed solutions would interact with that
architecture.
Experience developing with SharePoint Designer 2010.
Experience with responsive web design a plus.
Ability to think beyond the explicit direction from the client to
understand what they are trying to achieve.
Self-motivated; able to prioritize and multi-task.
Strong team interaction and problem solving skills.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Conduct cross-browser and quality assurance testing.
Ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
Must be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
Candidate must be able to pass a DHS Public Trust background investigation.

*Desired: *
Familiarity with Agile Project Management techniques.
Knowledge of Section 508 requirements for Federal Web sites.
Knowledge of Adobe CS tools including Dreamweaver.
Aware of W3C Standards and Specifications and best practices.
Experience working on large branded Web sites a plus.
Experience working with SharePoint 2013/2016 and/or Office 365 a plus.
