Experience required in the following technology stacks:

• Development experience with .Net 3.5 and above, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET,
Javascript, JQuery, CSS, AJAX, Crystal Reports, Angular and/or Knockout
experience.  (MVVM)

• Visual Studio 2012 or greater, and IIS 7.5 and above

• Agile development (SCRUM)  & JIRA

• Twitter-Bootstrap familiar

• Preferred experience with MVC, WCF, WebAPI , WPF, HTML5



• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in offshore-onsite mode of working for Microsoft applications

• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve bugs and issues with little or
no direction

• Responsible for development and provide support for Microsoft Web and
Smart Client Applications

• Coordinate with various technical team members for issue resolution and
application enhancements

• Involvement in client discussions on status updates, Sprint Planning
Meeting, Bug Triage

• Functional requirement gathering for planned user stories or enhancements
and perform GAP analysis.

• Key involvement in estimation of User stories or enhancements

• Key involvement in System component design and implementation

• Involvement in User Demos, Conference Room Pilot sessions, System
integration and User Acceptance phases

• Prepare Knowledge Transition package for inducting trainees in the project

• Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and
technology initiatives.
