Hope you are doing great today Position: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 month contract Need locals only Notes: Business casual work environment, Flex-Hours, Team environment atmosphere, Accessible to Marta Job Summary: Our client is offering the opportunity to join the team responsible for ensuring the quality of the corporation’s most highly visible and important projects. This position requires a professional who will be involved throughout the testing life cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating the functionality of the software produced by the development team, reporting test status and ensuring the successful release of the final product. The ability to interact with developers, management, and business partners is required. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining automation test scripts to test the functionality of the software. Responsibilities: · Lead QA efforts for a new development projects during the development and implementation phases · Apply structured testing methodology and strategies · Ensure the quality of requirements and design specifications · Develop test plans to cover requirements · Create comprehensive test cases/scripts that are in accordance with business and technical specifications · Perform test case reviews with Business Analysts and Development Team · Assist with test data identification · Plan and schedule test activities to ensure functional, system, integration, and technical specifications · Develop and apply standards to ensure the application’s ability to meet nonfunctional requirements via load testing · Create defect tickets and track issues to resolution · Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project team members, project managers, and IT management · Develop, execute and maintain scripts using UFT *Required Skills and Experience:* *· 5+ years QA experience testing web-based and/or client/server products including:* *· Excellent test planning and organizational skills* *· Experience in defect tracking* *· Familiarity with SQL and relational databases* *· Experience in HP UFT scripting* *· Experience in scripting API or service layer calls* *· 5+ years of experience in writing test cases from requirements* *· Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge* *· Excellent verbal and written communication skills* *· Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills* *· Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment* *· Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently* *· College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering* Preferred Skills: · 2+ years QA experience testing mainframe applications · Transportation and Logistics experience · Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance · Excellent leadership and people skills · Mobile application testing Regards *Himanshu* 978-558-4666 x 104 *himan...@teknavigators.com <himan...@teknavigators.com>* 8875 Hidden River Parkway Suite 300 Tampa,FL 33637 *www.*teknavigators.com DISCLAIMER: This message and any attachments are solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged or confidential.
