中田さんからSCAの提出を推奨される旨のメールをいただきましたので、私もSCA(Sun Contributor Agreement +
OpenOffice.org Exception―Version 1.5)の本文を読み込んでみました。[3]
読み込んでみると確認したいことがいくつかありましたので、こちらで有識者の皆様にご教示いただきたいと思い、メールさせていただきます。
まずは、３点、確認したいと思います。
確認１：SCAのTopにあるyouがcompanyを代表することが必要とされる条件の正確な定義は何でしょうか。逆に個人としてのyouであることが許容される条件の正確な定義は何でしょうか。

確認２：SCAのSection 7の除外条項が適用されるかどうかの判断基準となる'then-current exempted
contributions guidelines'は何を指しているのでしょうか。それにより同項のbut only to the extent

Projectを例に該当するかどうかCheck-Outしてみたいと思います。

確認３：SCAの解釈に関する質問をOmbudsmanに提出しましたが回答がありません。そこでSunおよびOpenOffice.orgコミュニティに質問確認する手段はOmbudsman以外に何があるか教えてください。またIssueを書くというActionは中田さんにお願いすればよろしいのでしょうか。[6],[1]
