[jQuery] Fix for the Interface Elements library

I have a fix for the Sortables feature. Anyone know how to post a fix, as I
can't find info for reporting bugs on the site: http://interface.eyecon.ro/

Stefan Petre owns/maintains Interface, AFAIK. I know he checks in on the
mailing list from time to time.

What was broken, and what was your fix?
