Hi there. Does anyone know of a good resource which outlines basic product standards for a website. (it's a very data heavy site)
I imagine it's easier to find more quantifiable items such as load times and working across browsers, but I'd love to find something that sets a minimum bar for clarity in the UI design. We're looking for something which will help the engineering and QA teams evaluate if the site is adequate from a IxD perspective. Any help would be much appreciated.
