Thanks for managing this and sorry for the delay. The OSGeo-fr report 2012 is 
now in the wiki. I hope it will be easy for you to get it in the OSGeo journal 
(if not too late ?).

Some french proof reader could change it a little bit this week.

mentor application period for Google Summer of Code is now officially
open!
