[OSGeo-Discuss] Support for nomination of Ian Edwards

I would also like to add my support for Ian.  Ian has been chair of the 
OSGeo:UK chapter over the past year and has been an important member of 
the FOSS4G 2013 local organising committee.  The enthusiasm and energy 
he has shown in both of these roles would benefit the wider OSGeo 
community.  Ian has also championed the use of open source software in 
UK government through his role at the Met Office.
