I would like to nominate Scott Clark as a Chater Member of OSGeo.

Scott Clark has been leading projects that provide geospatial
solutions for large organizations for over a decade. He has focused on
projects that leverage free and open source geospatial software since
2011. He lead the ROGUE Joint Capability Technology Demonstration
(JCTD) project which was the impetus for the development of GeoGig and
for many major contributions to GeoNode. The project resulted in the
creation of the GeoSHAPE project (http://geoshape.org/), which became
the core of what is now Boundless Exchange. Scott was on the program
committee for FOSS4G NA 2012, held in Washington DC. He co-presented
Intro to GeoGit at FOSS4G 2013 in Nottingham and volunteered to
moderate sessions at FOSS4G 2016 in Bonn.

Now as a program manager at DigitalGlobe, Scott continues to lead a
number of projects which all depend on or directly promote open source
geospatial software. He is a strong advocate with his customers on the
benefits of open source software and the importance of contributing
back to the software leveraged in his projects. He continues to be
involved in GeoWave (http://locationtech.github.io/geowave/) and the
efforts he leads leverage a number of the OSGeo family of projects.

Best regards,

Jeff Johnson
