I also would like to second this nomination. Iván is a truly geonerd in all things GEO and NERD (he is one of the guys that holds an @geonerd.org email accounts so this is LITERAL) and also contributes with his unique perspective to everything that catches his attention. I second the nomination for Iván. Passionate is right, plus smart, funny, and a great international representative of OSGeo and OSM. Hard to put into words because I think he brings so much to the community.
