Dear OSGeo members, As Jody tells me, I started to follow the https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo_Community_Projects guide lines in order to help proj4php become an osgeo community project.
The project is geospatial, opensource LGPL, hosted on github. The initial source come from a translation of proj4js. Best Regards, Julien.
