And to follow up, the OSGeo board has voted electronically

to accept the new members :)

Sorry it takes so long (when voting electronically our by-laws asks for all
board members to approve the motion).

Congratulations to our new charter members, and thanks to Vasile & Jeff for
running this years nomination process.

list[6], pass to the secretary the revised contacts, and subscribe the new 
members to the charter-members list[7]
as soon as possible.
