On the kindle I also have Orange Squeeze loaded and clicking on the first song presents an option to play this song or play all songs. Play all songs is not an option on the android. There is a setting in Preferences for Default Play Mode - Prompt / Play Now / Play Next / Add to Playlist. If I select "Play Now' (I had previously set on Prompt) songs now play in sequence. stereoptic's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=53162 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106595 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
[slim] Stops in broadcast
Hello For a few weeks now when I start listening to a radio or a podcast, I have a complete cut in the broadcast after one or two minutes. If I restart the playback manually, everything starts ... to stop again. After a 3rd attempt everything goes well: the playback is continuous and correct. I use the LMS 7.9.0 under Debian / Ubuntu with the latest build (beta) on different SB Radio (mostly with a wired connection): the latest updates of the LMS have not fixed this issue. When looking at the LMS log file I see lines with -"Logitech Media Server died. Restarting."- without any clear reason Can be found today in the following log file extract at 08:39 and 13:37 for example. The servers also died at 03:04: just after the automatic rescan of the library (every night a 03:00) Code: 2016-12-09 03:04:41 Logitech Media Server died. Restarting. I use the latest version of Squeezeplay and still can't get it to work with that either. Does DSTM have anything to do with it? kllngtme's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30198 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106595 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

Re: [slim] Play other songs in album or directory - does it work?
I does not work for me using Orange Squeeze on my android. The setting works fine for Squeezebox Touch, Squeezebox Boom, Squeezebox Radio, Squeezelite on piCoreplayer. I do not have Don't Stop the Music enabled. I haven't checked in a while, but I think that it works on the other android app - what's it called, Squeeze Commander? When I play an album using the Orange Squeeze app, I press the corner pull down on the album name and select play, and then the album plays from track 1. If I skip to another track, the album will continue to play from that track on as well. stereoptic's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=53162 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106595 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
Re: [slim] Squeezebox 3 keeps resetting
I tried wiggling the connector - it's fine. I tried using the Touch PSU - no difference. Temporarily moved the Touch into bedroom for alarm clock - the experience is not as good, I've got to get this SB3 fixed!
