Pippin, many thanks for your detailed reply, which enabled to trace the issue to my iPhone. After several restarts it picked up mu iTunes account and I now have iPeng 9 on both devices. [slim] CBC App dead?
Just noticed that CBC app under my apps does not work on player or web get a 404 error. From reading posts from some time ago(2012) it seems that CBC is/was geofencing broadcasts. However I am in Canada so I don't understand why it would not work. It is still listed at Mysqueezebox as an available app along with some other dead apps like Live365. I had a Plus (no ads) subscription that expired a few months ago. It still worked as expected, no ads, streams still at 128k on SB. There was a slight delay after subscribing where I still heard ads, Pandora support was fast, the problem resolved itself after an hour or two. I enjoyed the no ads functionality. That same subscription upgrade also allows station offline downloading on a smartphone which was also nice. I don't use all of GPM's features, so I am not sure what are the limitations, might be that you can't search for radio stations but can just access stuff that you have already played/used via other access methods (mobile device, GPM website, ...). But here you have to check the Thread linked above and/or the "Issues" page of the github maybe to get into more details. - I am not sure about the family account thing: we also use a family account in GPM, but for the LMS Plugin you can only input one user's account data, so I pretty sure that some of the multi-user features won't work or not as smooth as in GPM itself.
