Re: [slim] Can't connect to Spotty

2020-03-22 Thread Michael Herger

This is pCP so I do not have any big applications on it.
However, vi, tail etc work - but they might be busybox.

Are you familiar with SQL? You could try to install the sqlite3 tool to
run a bunch of queries on LMS library file.

As I'm running LMS on pCP myself, I'm really surprised by this issue.

Re: [slim] [ANNOUNCE] SqueezePlay for Mac OSX

2020-03-22 Thread ralphy

Attached is an updated ImageViewer applet to try.

Extract the file in
/Users/$USER/Library/Preferences/SqueezePlay/userpath/applets after
which you should have files in

/Users/$USER/Library/Preferences/SqueezePlay/userpath/applets/ImageViewer/

ImageSource.lua
ImageSourceCard.lua
ImageSourceFlickr.lua
ImageSourceHttp.lua
ImageSourceLocalStorage.lua
ImageSourceServer.lua
ImageSourceUSB.lua
ImageViewerApplet.lua
ImageViewerMeta.lua
strings.txt

Then restart SqueezePlay.

Navigate to Settings->Image Viewer->Image Viewer
Settings->Sources->Enable Local storage media

Navigate back one level and change the /media path in Source specific
settings to the folder where your images are stored on the Mac then
click done.

There are still a couple other hard coded instances of /media in the
applet that might need modification before I include the an update Image
Viewer applet in the installer.

That's odd. Why would it run out of memory when 60% were used as a
cache? When in this situation would you be able to launch other
applications on that system?

Spotty had problem - and also BBC iPlayer when trying to play AAC (no
problem with BBC MP3).
