Red symbol means network is OK but LMS has stopped running. It looks like scan has caused LMS to crash. What is in the LMS server log ? Ok, scanning has nothing to do with the player. You can unpower your Duet and still do a rescan; just initiate it from a browser. You might give this a try. I'd offer that 73% in the same room is low. Have you run the 'RF Environment' scan for the AP via the Controller? That should identify the best channel with least interference. Also make sure you do not use 'Auto' for the AP radio, select the channel the scan recommends. You can also download the Ubiquity WiFiMan app or the WiFi Analyzer app to check for interference.
