[slim] SoftSqueeze does not recognize Japanese

Hi!  I found out that the softsqueeze_windows_with_jre_2_3.exe does not recognize the Japanese name of the Windows default audio device.

Also, the SoftSqueeze launched from SlimServer does not have Preferences button.

Using Windows XP SP2 Japanese.
