[slim] Squeezebox Classic (3) schematic
Hi All, I have lost one channel in one of my squeezeboxes. I'm tired of buying moreI seem to have a lot of display and audio failures - 3 already dead over the years. Does anyone have a schematic, or at least know what the most likely dead device is for the right analog audio output chain. (A buffer op amp or the DAC itself?) The thing sure does generate large audio transients on power on or supply connection. A lot of DC offset initially. Perhaps the cause. I also get a lot of random resets but I suspect marginal power supply issues on those. That seems to happen a lot on 5V 2A switchers. If it had gain, it would be directional, and you would have to orient the unit. Omnidirectional antennas (or approximately omni) do not have (much) gain.
