Sorry for this dumb question, but what is the right editor for the my.tt under windows ? With regular windows editor there are no separate lines, even with carriage return enabled. I installed it yesterday and after some fiddling around while it wasn't working I found out, that it needs an (additional) mySQL OBD driver. Now it works good. But I have two feature requests for future versions: - please make the font size for the big report (Album covers including tracks catalog) configurable or at least a little bigger. I'm ending with an extremely small font for the track names after the album art, so they're no more readable. Zooming in the htm page doesn't help here, because it seems to be a bitmap font and so I can only see bigger pixels. Hi toby, sorry for my late answer, but Email notification didn't work. toby10;419335 Wrote: Looks like a lot of wasted space to me: Full ack. Not much to see inside, but isn't the 19 form factor for audio components a waste of space at all ;-) ? BTW, it fits snugly into my *existing* 19 waste of space *lol*. Even nicer than a SB classic ... just like transporter does ... Limited to WMA MP3 playback? Does it even have digital outs (all specs are in German)? Limited to UPNP utilizing WMP or iTunes? No access to online music services? 5x bigger than an SB3? Of course not. Digital out is AFAIR only RCA, but it's there. There's also a website similar to SN to add/edit web radio favorites, get podcasts and so on. Unsure about additional services, didn't try it, but they're not very important for me. Really important is only MP3 and web radio. And MP3 directly via USB, without dedicated, pricey and energy eating $$ server hardware/NAS which has to be maintained and administrated. Just put a simple, noiseless and cheap USB Stick in it and have access to 16 or more GB of MP3s, what means at least 200 CD albums ripped for me. O.k., no NTFS capability, FAT32 only, but that's o.k. I only returned the Muvid to the vendor because of its lousy WLAN performance. In german hifi communities I was told that many other users see an excellent WLAN performance, but my copy was bad. Maybe the internal antenna connector was loose, but one of the case screws was warranty sealed and I didn't want to lose the warranty ... There was no other copy in the store, so I went to a SB classic which is a nice piece of hardware, too. It sounds clearly better, supports more file formats, has more online capabilities and the case is very well built, too :-)). And for a price close to the SB3?? In germany actually it's 36% less, but that was not the point. I could see adding a USB connection to the Boom (which does have a line in) as it is designed as a portable all-in-one device. But for any dedicated box like the SB3 I think it is unnecessary as your server must be close by so just add that USB device to the server computer. Server ? I don't use any dedicated server. And I don't want one at the moment. Very rarely I use my Notebook with SC. A simple slim 2,5 USB hard drive is the only thing I would buy for audio purposes when going for FLAC ripping my CD albums for better audio quality. And this low noise drive can be very close to my hifi equipment I think. I'd rather SD spend time coming up with a USB Quick Scan module within SC7 with a separate USB menu item for quick Plug Play USB usage on their current hardware offerings.:) Sounds good - *as a begin :-)* But why to limit USB to the boom only ? -- Roger66 SB classic SB Boom Win XP Pro SP3 Thinkpad X60s Roger66's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=29812 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=62837 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

I'd like to see something like a SB classic with an USB Port to connect an USB stick with MP3s or an (cheap self-powered) external HD full of MP3s.
