Re: [slim] DAC AK4493 and Picore Player
This page suggests using a HifiBerry Dac driver if using Moode or Volumio, so that option 'may' work on pCP. On the reviews section Audiophonics themselves suggest using pCP to overcome a fade-in issue between tracks. https://www.audiophonics.fr/en/products-reviews/dac-ak4493-module-for-raspberry-pi-i2s-32bit-384khz-dsd128-13907 It's a bit of a risk, and as the Hifiberry Dac is Ti based, using their driver may not make the most of the AK4493 chip. Sometimes you need to be a pioneer, so get it, and tell us how it went! Re: [slim] USB Remote controller
I use one of these, works well with Jivelite. The 'air mouse' funcionality is quite useful. https://www.amazon.fr/WeChip-T%C3%A9l%C3%A9commande-NVIDIA-Android-Assistant/dp/B08H4KYJRJ/ref=sr_1_3?__mk_fr_FR=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&dchild=1&keywords=g21+pro&qid=1634284119&qsid=258-5915701-1118853&sr=8-3&sres=B07Z6RD4M9%2CB01L6L45ES%2CB08H4KYJRJ%2CB08GS7748F%2CB07W5JK4F7%2CB081Y56VBR%2CB08N5SCP6N%2CB09FK4JVFJ%2CB081Y3YXRY%2CB093358N7H%2CB09334X611%2CB081Y2FMDJ%2CB09FGYG1NK%2CB07G5XJLWK%2CB08QF8XQWV%2CB07SDSTSY4%2CB07TQ6G276%2CB07D1XCKWW%2CB0924DDZ62%2CB098B2H4WW Yatsushiro's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66935 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115270 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

A good, solid installation on good, solid reliable hardware will run for years w/o input. Why do you update every week? There are plenty of users running LMS 7.X and PCP <5 without a problem, just enjoying the music...
