Re: [slim] [ANNOUNCE] Playback comes to iPeng
I'm trying to purchase Playback, but I get a message telling me that I'm in the Sandbox environment and I need to get a Sandbox account. (Since you asked a commenter on your blog: my iPod has indeed been jailbroken). Re: [slim] Sveriges Radio 192 kbps Radio Channels BETA TEST
Thanks for the links. Too bad they don't embed now playing info in their streams. Is there a way to scrobble these radio stations? Re: [slim] Announce: Desktop Gadget for Windows
Great to see extra features compared to SqueezeGadget, though I prefer SqueezeGadget's cleaner, more subtle look. -- citoyen citoyen's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19776 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=74332 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

Re: [slim] [ANNOUNCE] iPeng 1.1 now on the AppStore
I understand your reasoning. I suppose I have a rather dull taste when it comes to UI, and I strongly appreciate consistency. My feeling (how subjective it may be) is that iPeng is a bit -off-. For example, the only "fuzzy" looking icon on my iPod is the iPeng one... But don't get me wrong -- I'm _very_ happy with your app, and its existence is the reason I switched to a Squeezebox setup. -- citoyen citoyen's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19776 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=62245 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

I have the exact same feeling. iPeng's fantastic, but I think the blue makes it look less "native" than it could be. I'd like iPeng to resemble the built-in Music app as much as possible, but I imagine not everyone would agree. -- citoyen citoyen's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19776 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=62245 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

Re: [slim] iSqueeze for iPhone/iPod touch preview
Why not make this app available for free, with code under a free software license? The free software ecosystem surrounding it is what attracted me to the SqueezeBox in the first place.
