[slim] Play all songs in library or all songs in favorites?
Is it possible to play all songs in library or in favorites? I can pick songs from favorites, but I can't see a way through Duet remote to select all in favorites. Likewise, there's no way to just start playing all music in library. Thank you, that's exactly what I was after. I don't want the program to alter the audio file, so the foobar solution works exactly what I'm after. Question though, what's the difference between album and track replay gain? What I did so far, I showed all the songs from my entire library in foobar, I highlight them all, select ReplayGain, Scan selection as Albums (by tags). Is this the right thing to do? [slim] What software to normalize songs?
I'd like to know if any software out there can normalize FLAC, MP3, WAV, etc., without actually altering the file. I read somewhere that some software can generate a separate file and SqueezeCenter is able to read that file to normalize the sound track. Thank you Michael, the original PC is Vista, I'm moving to another XP machine, I'll have to change the paths as Vista uses C:\Users instead of C:\Documents and Settings. I'm not at the computer, I assume these pref files are text based so Notepad will work? I assume too once I move over all my previously installed and setup plugins, they will just work magically? [slim] Transfer settings from one server to another?
Hi, I recently set up SlimServer 7.0 on my computer, now that I'd like to move it to another PC. Is there any way I can just copy some files to the other computer so I don't have to set up everything again?
