GoCubs;140072 Wrote: Thanks for your post. The images are needed and included in the 6.2 zip file. They're inside a nested directory structure within the SiriusRadio directory. I'll probably have to add a few icons for the new stations added today. In looking at your error log, it did crap out when getting the info for Playboy. It came back with a 500 Internal Server error. I haven't seen this lately with the plugin. Do you have Playboy radio enabled on your account with Sirius (has to be manually activated)? You might want to try the plugin again to see if the same thing happens. -Greg Still having the same problem today with version 6.4. Yes playboy is enabled, I will see if there is a way to disable it and try again. -- jwhittier jwhittier's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6717 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=20621 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
[slim] Re: Are you willing to pay for a Sirius Radio plug-in?
As of yesterday I am having the same problem, stuck on requesting channels or the channels are completely empty. The only thing that I have done was have the machine with the server running shut down for a week while I was on vacation. Could this have something to do with sirius's update for higher quality streaming? -- jwhittier jwhittier's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6717 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=20621 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
[slim] Re: Are you willing to pay for a Sirius Radio plug-in?
I noticed that 6.5.0 was released while I was gone so I upgraded to that and I used 6.2 of sirius plugin. Are the images for the stations missing or not needed anymore in 6.2? Just in case some debug helps, here ya go. Not that I understand it but it appears to be a problem with playboyradio and gets stuck. The debug that is turned on is d_plugins d_source. thanks for your help greg. +---+ |Filename: debug.txt| |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1751| +---+ -- jwhittier jwhittier's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6717 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=20621 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss

[slim] Re: Sirius Radio on SB1?
It worked!! But there was some channels missing, the howard stations were the most noticable because I looked there first. I updated the computer that feeds the SB3 and I can see station 100, then I updated that computer that feeds the SB1 and no station 100. The SB1 works now with 5.9 version. I will look more, not sure the difference or what exactly to look for to see what the difference was. -- jwhittier jwhittier's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6717 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=25367 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss

Ok. maybe I did not set forward exactly what I am doing. I have a seperate computer that runs a slimserver to feed my SB1. From this computer I cannot get access with softsqueeze either. I tried this last night and did not have any luck. It work on the SB3 fine, but on SB1 there is just the message of 'error connect'. It would be great to hear from someone that has gotten it to work. -- jwhittier jwhittier's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6717 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=25367 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss

bpa Wrote: I think Sirius is WMA - which SB3 can handle but SB1 cannot so it needs to be transcoded on the server. If you listen to Sirius in SoftSqueeze then it should work on SB1. How WMA transcoding is done will depend on your OS. For Linux you'll need something like Mplayer/AlienBBC That was a good idea. I tried SoftSqueeze and it worked. Now to look more in to why my SB1 is not working. My OS is WinXP. -- jwhittier jwhittier's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6717 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=25367 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
[slim] Re: Sirius Radio on SB1?
bpa Wrote: Can you play any normal WMA station on SB1 ? If so then the problem probably lies with the Sirius plugin and obtaining an URL and not the transcoding. Try debugging with d_plugins d_source and compare logs for SoftSqueeze and the SB1. The differences might help indicate what is the problem. What version of Slimserver are you using ? How do you use d_plugins d_source? I have not done this before so I need to learn it. Is this a option that can be set when the service runs or do you need to run the service from command line. I am using slimserver 6.3.1. -- jwhittier jwhittier's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6717 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=25367 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
