[slim] 2 Simultaneous SB streams
I just ordered a 2 TB Vortexbox Appliance. I will be connecting it to a SB Classic which will in turn be connected to an Integra DTR 40.2 receiver. I have multiple "zones" connected to the DTR 40.2. The DTR 40.2 is capable of using 2 different sources to 2 different zones simultaneously. My question is: How do I access 2 different SB streams at the same time? Is this only possible by connecting 2 SBs to the reciever (I do have 2 SB Classics)? That's right. On the other hand you could play the same stream in those additional zones with just the SB3. The only catch is that often AVR/amps limit zone playback to only analog inputs, so using the SB3 you would have your main listening area via digital out and zone 1 via analog out.
