Hi I have been happily using 6.3.0 for many months now. Today I upgraded to <SlimServer Version: 6.5.0 - 9916 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252>. Afterwards I was left with an empty music library so performed a <Clear and rescan>. This ran to completion and although I had approximately the right number of songs (according to iTunes), the albums and artists were only displayed for about the last 60 albums I had added. The artists were also missing. The paths to the music folder and .xml are correct.
I'm running iTunes 7.02 without any problems, and I didn't have the problems with SlimServer 6.3.0. I've performed two re-scans now with the same results. Any thoughts?
