Is that a single track playlist? This is just a guess from poking around a bit but I'm thinking in a multiple track playlist, the play command would load the list and start playing from the first entry, the load command would load the list and try to start playing from where you last left off in that playlist. In a single track playlist the result of play and load would be the same. Hi, from the documentation of the CLI: Code: favorites playlist What should be the difference between "play" and "load"? In both of the following commands the result seems to be the same. The playlist of the player was deleted, the favorite was loaded and the player starts to play. First command: Code: player_id favorites playlist play item_id:e992e4aa.2 Second command: Code: player_id favorites playlist load item_id:e992e4aa.2 I expect that the favorit only was loaded(and not played) when i use the second command. Is the observed behavior correct? [slim] CLI: favorites playlist load ... ?
Hi guys I am having trouble LOADING a favorites-folder into my players's playlist. ADDING a complete folder works fine. The question in brief: 1. How do I load favorites-folders into the PL? 2. What is the difference betweeen [playlist play] [playlist load] Given a simple favorites structure (the xml-id's are noted in ()) (1) Folder_1 (1.0) url_1 (1.1) url_2 I can ADD Folder_1 via: [#Player favorites playlist add item_id:1] I can LOAD url_1 via:[#Player favorites playlist load item_id:1.0] I can LOAD url_2 via:[#Player favorites playlist load item_id:1.1] But I cannot LOAD Folder_1 [#Player favorites playlist load item_id:1] The above will empty the PL and load url_1 only.
