If you only did a rescan for new or changed songs, try a full scan  
instead. Or shut down slimserver, remove slimserversql.db and restart.  
This will recreate the database from scratch.

[slim] Incorrect display of tags

OK, so I've just started tagging files, and may have done so
incorrectly. In particular I seem to have both ID3 v1.1 and ID3 v2.3
tags on the same file. I have one mp3 file, artist Alan Lomax, album
Alan Lomax Chrsitmas, title Christmas, and I have other files with
artist Terry Pratchett, album Small Gods.

When I do Search for Artists on SoftSqueeze, using AL as search item, I
get Alan Lomax. Moving to the right on this displays Alan Lomax (on
first line), Small Gods (on second line), and moving right again gives
Alan Lomax/Small Gods (on first line), Christmas (on second line). I
then play the item, which is Christmas, as it should be.

But why the mixup about the relevant album?
