Yes, in that case i would use a crossover Ethernet cable and assign fixed ip's to both SB3 and the laptop, as there is no DHCP present. [slim] Laptop to SB3 via cable?
Is it possible to connect my laptop directly via a cable (a 10/100 i belive its called) to a squeezebox 3?, ie without a router. Did try it but the SB would not play...
