[slim] Neither iPeng nor Squidgy works on my touch :(
Hi, I have the latest versions of both Squidgy and iPeng, but both of them crashes. I have tried the regular recommendations of rebooting, reinstalling etc, but nothing seems to help. Have also read most of what has been written here, but no luck so far. Can it be an issue with my server? Server: Mac Mini with Mac OS 10.4.7 Squeeze Center 7.2.1 iPod touch 16G with firmware 2.2 Library: 513 Albums, 910 Artists and 6555 Songs. All ideas are highly appreciated! For iPeng: do you use a jailbreak? HOW and WHEN does it crash? Does it show SOMETHING? No Jailbreak. Starts up and connects to my server and finds my transporter and shows the now playing screen. If I do nothing, it jumps out to the touch start screen (i.e crashes). If I back uut to the album list, it crashes more or less directly. This sounds a lot like a known issue with empty records to me. I supplied a patch for this to Apple early Tuesday but unfortunately it's still under review, must have caught a slow week, maybe a lot of submissions after thanksgiving weekend. Could you mail me?
