the xp firewall is disabled and yes the SB2s do get an ip address. If its 169... then you don't have a useful address. If its 192.168 then thats good... ping it from your server by getting a windows command prompt and typing ping 192.xxx.xxx.xxx (whatever the address is). If you can't ping them (timeout response) then its not a slimserver problem, its a networking one (probably firewall). Hey guys..thanks for the responses. I was able to get my linux box back up so I'm good now. Been a long day but I sure am glad to have my SB2s up and running right again.
