As you've got a Duet it's safe to say that you'll be able to stream anything on the Transporter which does stream on the Duet's Receiver. Spotify wouldn't work out of the box. But as you're running LMS anyway, you might overcome this limitation by installing a 3rd party Spotify plugin.
