Re: [slim] Wireless to stereo speakers
A wireless connection is almost always better, logistically, than a wired one, even if the sound quality is compromised - the extent to which is always subjective. The point is, a wireless hookup is possible, and desireable, for the individual who asked, so let's not mislead. -- NauticusLX NauticusLX's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=8981 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=33843 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss

The question was Does the Squeeezebox have to be connected to your stereo receiver, or will it broadcast through the radio? The answer is, it must be connected to your stereo, whether that's a wireless or wired connection. So, let's not mislead. Re: [slim] Wireless to stereo speakers
No, it only receives the digitized audio files wirelessly. It transmits audio signals wired like any other audio component. (Thank goodness for audio quality's sake! Wireless audio transmission is horrible.) -- Mark Lanctot Mark Lanctot's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2071 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=33843 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
