Re: [slim] possible hijack of Squeezenetwork trademark
There's big difference between a retailer that is selling your product using your trademark, and a competitor using your trademark to point to their competing product. Do a search for 'squeezebox'. [slim] possible hijack of Squeezenetwork trademark
Using the classic Google web search on Windows Internet Explorer, I typed into the search box "squeezenetwork" and clicked the search button. On the right side of the page there is a sponsored link entitled "Squeezenetwork", however it links to a company called Grace Digital Audio. Looks like that company needs to be issued a "cease and desist". -- mortslim mortslim's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11039 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55598 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
