Your location is guessed according to your Internet IP. If you go to your link

using your webbrowser, there's a link called "Listen Live". Now this
is a javascript link which looks like this:
javascript:popup('http://audio.musicradio.com/player.asp?show=50',%20'audio',%20'468',%20'207')
Without examining that further, it probably pops up a new window and
loads the page with url:
http://audio.musicradio.com/player.asp?show=50
in the new window.
try entering
http://audio.musicradio.com/player.asp?show=50
in the webbrowser, I got the option to save the file to disk (I use
Firefox, dunno if that matters).
The file looks like this:
Mercia FM Live
Mercia FM Live
GWR Group
Mercia FM
and there are your links!
It would probably be easier to start plaing the stream in windows
media player, winamp or itunes and just look at the stream properties.
