If the computer side is wired and the Squeezebox side is wireless and it's a bridge, not a router, then yes, it should work. AFAIK, routers that combine a router with a WAP let the WAP act as a bridge between the wireless network. I guess it's possible to act as a router between the two but I doubt that this is very popular in home environments.
