Sorry, I didn't FULLY read the original post. I use S/PDIF coax out which DOES turn off. However, I do use the optical out of my Transporter and am pretty sure the digital 'stream' turns off even though the LED may remain on. I've got two SB3s and a Transporter and none of them have this problem. If I tell it to go OFF, it does... tell it to stay ON, it does. Do any other settings NOT work?
