Go to Setting/Plugins and enable the uPnP client plugin (I think it's still there). In the WebUI, under settings > advanced > Network (pull down menu) there is an option to look for UPnP media servers. Don't know if it'll work, but worth a try. As far as I can tell, squeezeboxserver will only scan one folder location. No promises that the following would work and if it did, it would be an ugly hack: djmount is a linux program that mounts a upnp share as a filesystem.
