Diane,
I appologize for any inappropriate comments in my blog!
Although I do not want to censor my blog comments, I probably
have to check how I can do that, in case comments get totally
out of control.
I don't know why your comment was not accepted. I just submitted
a comment to that blog entry myself and it worked fine.
Cheers,
Erwin

And there in the comments sit the same ol' slams to Linux users that we
had the
pleasure of reading on the Microsoft blogs that announce the Microsoft/Sun
Microsystems partnership. Cool beans! It's comments like those that help
motivate me want to run right up and work my tail off for OOo. Yeah! Of
course
the dude who wrote the notes didn't have enough the jewels to sign his
name.
Typical behaviour for an abusive bully. Shall we offer him some Lee
Press-On balls?

We can add comments like this to the list of funnies, I think. How to
encourage
Linux users to contribute to openoffice.org? Slam them on blogs posted
by a lead
marketing agent of StarOffice and OpenOffice.org. Yup, that is encouraging.
Thanx for the inclusion. I tried to post this against the comments on
the blog,
but it refused to let me in... likely operator error. So, you got it here.

Herein lies another reason that this contributor is frustrated with my OOo
community, so perhaps there really is an important message here.
:)
Thanx,
Diane

BTW, this unfortunately happens elsewhere, too:

Not officially - but the feedback on the beta quality builds
(beginning with 1.9.79) seems to tell us that there is work to do
before we are ready for a final release. This not only holds true for
the code base but for other areas too.

We can tell computer world that it's ready when it's ready.

Or to quote Ernest and Julio Gallo - We will sell no wine before it's
time.
